Lost or Stolen Packages

8. GLASS BOTTLE RETURN PROGRAM

La Verte is committed to reducing packaging waste through our voluntary Glass Bottle Return Program.

Participation in the program is subject to the current program guidelines published by La Verte.

Customers participating in the program agree to the following:

• Only eligible La Verte glass containers identified under the program may be returned.

• Containers must be empty and reasonably clean.

• Containers should be rinsed to remove remaining product residue.

• Returned containers should not contain excessive contamination, mold, or foreign substances.

• Program credits, rewards, or incentives have no cash value and may only be redeemed as outlined in the current program terms.

• Participation in the program does not guarantee acceptance of every returned container.
