La Verte Glassware Return Program: Earn Credit & Reduce Waste!

At La Verte, we're passionate about sustainability, and now we're rewarding your eco-friendly efforts! You can now receive store credit for returning your La Verte glass packaging, contributing to a greener planet.

How It Works:

1. Earn Store Credit for Your Returns:

   • Return any 4 oz, or 2 oz, and 1 oz  glass jars/bottles and get $1 in credit per item. For example, return one 8 oz jar, one 4 oz jar, and two 2 oz jars, and you'll earn $4.

   • Return five bottles or five 1 oz jars to earn an additional $1. If you're returning fewer than five bottles or 1 oz jars, we still welcome them, but no credit can be issued unless they meet the full set requirement.

   • Please ensure all jars and bottles come with their original metal lids, spray caps, or dropper tops for eligibility.

2. La Verte Packaging Only:
   We ask that only La Verte branded glassware be returned. Please avoid sending any packaging from other brands.

3. Clean and Ready:
   To qualify for store credit, all glassware must be clean, undamaged, and free of labels. If any items do not meet these conditions, we will still accept them, but no credit will be provided for those items.

4. Shipping Your Return:
   To avoid breakage, please pack your glassware securely. We recommend reusing our packaging materials such as boxes, packing paper, or packing peanuts.
   Note: You are responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Initiating Your Return:
   Before sending your glassware, fill out the form below with your name, email, and the number of jars and bottles you’re returning. Once we’ve received your submission, we will send you our return address via email. Please agree to the conditions on this page by checking the appropriate box.

How to Return Your Glassware:

1. Clean the Glassware:
   Make sure to thoroughly wash the inside of your jars and bottles using hot, soapy water to remove any remaining product. Soak the glassware in hot water for 1-3 hours to loosen and remove the labels. Thank you for taking the time to do this!

2. Package Your Glassware Securely:
   Carefully pack your glassware to avoid any breakage during transit.

3. Include Your Name:
   Make sure to include your name on the shipping label or inside the package, so we can match your return to your account and issue your store credit accordingly.

Important Reminders:
Please hold onto your shipping receipt and note the tracking number in case there are any issues with delivery. Once your return is received and processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and can be used immediately.
