La Verte Glassware Return Program

Return. Reuse. Reward.

At La Verte, sustainability is part of everything we do. Through our Glassware Return Program, you can help reduce waste while earning store credit for returning eligible La Verte glass packaging.

Eligible Glassware

Store credit is available for the return of eligible La Verte glass packaging, including:

• 8 oz glass jars

• 4 oz glass jars

• 4 oz glass bottles

• 2 oz glass bottles

• Other eligible La Verte glass containers as designated by La Verte

Each eligible glass container returned earns $1 in La Verte store credit.

Original lids, pumps, spray tops, or other closures must be included with each container to qualify.

Before You Return

To receive store credit, all returned containers must:

• Be genuine La Verte glass packaging.

• Be free of cracks, chips, or significant damage.

• Be emptied and rinsed thoroughly with warm, soapy water to remove product residue.

• Include the original La Verte label for verification.

• Include the original closure (lid, pump, spray top, etc.).

Please do not remove the labels. Labels help us verify that each container is authentic La Verte packaging before store credit is issued.

La Verte reserves the right to determine whether returned containers qualify for store credit.

Request Your Return Authorization

Before shipping your glassware, please complete the Glassware Return Request Form.

​

After reviewing your submission, we'll email you:

• Your Return Authorization confirmation

• Our shipping address

• Any additional return instructions, if needed

Please do not mail glassware until you have received this confirmation.

Shipping Your Return

Please package your glassware carefully to help prevent breakage during transit. We encourage you to reuse La Verte shipping boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, or other protective materials whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Be sure to include your name inside the package or on the shipping label so we can match your return to your Return Authorization.

Processing Your Return

Once your package has been received and inspected, eligible containers will be credited to your La Verte account.

Store credit will be emailed to you after your return has been processed and may be used immediately toward future purchases.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days after delivery for processing.

Additional Information

• Only authentic La Verte glass packaging is eligible.

• Plastic packaging is not accepted unless otherwise specified.

• Containers that are excessively dirty, damaged, missing their original closure, or determined not to be La Verte packaging may be accepted for recycling but will not receive store credit.

• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
